So as you know, Mortal Kombat XL finally comes over to PC with the enhanced online beta.

Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon now continues with his Twitter teases. This time he teases a patch for the game. He put a split picture on his Twitter page. On one side, there is a man balancing on a wire and on the other side, the late actor Robin Williams as Patch Adams, with Boon writhing below: "I miss the Olympics".
It seems like we will get yet another patch for all ports of the game very soon.

After a lot of teasing, speculations, rumors and much skepticism from the fans, Netherrealm Studios and Warner Bros. have just published the PC beta version of Mortal Kombat XL to test the new net code and gather some feedback from the community. With the beta published, a final version shouldn't be far away:
The beta PC version can be downloaded from the Steam page of Mortal Kombat X. Make sure to test the game and give Netherrealm Studios some valuable feedback so that they can further polish the final version.

Things seem to be shaping nicely for the PC Mortal Kombat fans out there, as Netherrealm Studios creative director and Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon keeps teasing the much desired PC version of Mortal Kombat XL. Click here to read the previous news on this subject. And here is what Ed Boon tweeted only a few moments ago:
Pretty meaningless you might think. But once you take a closer look you will notice that the capital letters are spelling MKXL PC. With all this teasing it is pretty safe to asume that such a version of the game is coming our way and it is only a matter of time.

Of course in today's world things can change at any given moment and even announced titles can be cancelled. Keep this in mind while we are still waiting for an official announcement and release date.

Ed Boon had an interview with IGN at Gamescom, where he mainly talked about the upcoming Injustice 2 game. At the end of the interview he was asked about the recently discovered Ed Boon Menu Codes for Mortal Kombat 1, Mortal Kombat II, Mortal Kombat 3 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.

Boon said that he was kinda angry that they have been found because he thought that nobody was gonna find them, and even though that some people got a kick out of them, Boon says that's something he wanted to die with.

HSN had an interview on their podcast show with none other then Katalin Ogren, who was the motion capture martial arts actress for Kitana, Mileena and Jade in Mortal Kombat II. In this interview she talks about the creation of the characters she had portrayed, the process of the motion capture on the set and her overall opinion on the game of Mortal Kombat II and the series as a whole.
