As with any leaked/unofficial information you should take everything you just read with a grain of salt and know that in today's world of talented Photoshop artists only an official confirmation counts. These images do however look really legitimate.

IGN has surprisingly leaked the presence of Kenshi in the Mobile version of Mortal Kombat X by posting an image of the fighting in their news about the game. He is using a variation called Possessed and looks like an ordinary selectable character. It is currently unclear whether Kenshi will only be present in the mobile or also in the console version of the game:

Meet Raiden's Champion in MKX Chapter #9 + Info Chapter 10

by Gambid on Feb 28, 2015 :: 2
Chapter 9 of the Mortal Kombat X comic book has just been released and it is amazing. This chapter sees the continuation of several story lines that were introduces in the first chapters of the series, including the kidnapping of Cassie Cage and Jacqui Briggs, Scorpion's search for Raiden and Sub-Zero's and Kano's battle from the very first chapter.

ComicVine has published an exclusive preview of digital chapter 9 several days ago. In this chapter, Johnny Cage will make his first appearance and will be referenced as Raiden's Champion. This is probably due to the events in Mortal Kombat 9 (2011) or may be due to the events during the Netherrealm war:
