Looks ok to me. what issues are you having?

I dont know, I feel like skin dont look realistic. it looks like a cartoon to me

want me to try using my reptilian skin used on my MK2 reptile? much less like the cartoon skin they used in MKX.

I have no problem with reptilian skin. The Costume (green ninja cloth) is the thing whick looks cartoonish
I wanted to make Reptile like in the image I attached below (with better color of course haha)

But for sure you can finish what we tried to make. It would be very good, as long as you use this as a base (not the mesh-swapped human one). Because this mod is intended to be made for Reptilian Reptile
