Re: Female Tribal skin pack
How did you update the files ? I have some older skins and I don't want to wait for their creators which are not ven active anymore to update them.Misucra wrote:Yeah they do. I still didn't make the updated version of multiply costumes.
Re: Female Tribal skin pack
I updated them by allowing them to work on newer version of Mortal Kombat 9. Cause update at the of July made all mods and skins unavailable. So I made sure now they work.
I still haven't figured it out how to make that multiple costumes thingy work.

They will work. I made sure to test them. On my PC there were no crashes or other errors. Here is proof.MadMarZ wrote:so if you copy to ur asset folder they will not work

Hi,
great skin thanks for that.
Maybe you can tell me which file i need to edit to become skin work after steam patch again?
I can not finde the file who messed up after patch.
Re: Female Tribal skin pack
It is really simple actually. I extracted textures from older version MK9 CHAR files (the ones I modded). After that I extracted textures from newer version MK9 CHAR files. Then used photoshop to open up both texture files (old version and new one). Then just simply copy paste textures from older version to newer one. (I just put my made textures over the original one)Dic3ptor wrote:Misucra wrote:I updated them by allowing them to work on newer version of Mortal Kombat 9. Re: Female Tribal skin pack
How do you open them with photoshop, I tried renaming them but it didn't work, do you have to be the creator of it and have the actual model ?....sorry if that is a simple thing to do and this is a stupid question.

Hi,
you need DDS Plugin from Nvidia to open them in photoshop.
Nvidia DDS Plugin Photoshop
This should help too:

I do it like this and it works fine. Never saw that umodel_win32 try it without that _win32
umodel -nomesh -noanim -dds -export CHAR_Scorpion.xxx
