Mortal Kombat 1 Enters the Holiday Season With New Content

Right in time for the Christmas Holidays, Netherrealm Studios and Warner Bros has released new content for Mortal Kombat 1 (2023): including new Christmas Themed Kameo Skins for Frost and Sareena and Christmas Tower of Time Event Towers. In addition the Reptile's, General Shao's, Mileena's and Kitana's Christmas Skins from last year are back on rotation in the Premium Store. Thus far mysteriously absent are only the palletes from last year and the 3 holiday Fatalities.

Mortal Kombat 1 Rings in the Holiday Season with Free In-Game Events from 19th – 30th December

Slay bells are ringing! Warner Bros. Games today announced new holiday themed in-game events coming to Mortal Kombat 1 from 19th – 30th December. Five new Towers of Time mode events will be available as free content updates for all Mortal Kombat 1 owners, including Bloody Snow (Dec. 19-25), Naughty List (Dec. 21-26), A Christmas Krampus (Dec. 23-30), ‘Twas the Night (Dec. 25-30), and Final Present (Dec. 26-30). All holiday events will feature an array of celebratory rewards upon completion in the form of new character palettes.

Mortal Kombat 1 Towers of Time Holiday Events & Rewards:

• Bloody Snow Tower (Dec. 19-25) – Yuletide Necromancer & Christmas Evil character palettes for Quan Chi
• Naughty List Tower (Dec. 21-26) - Souls of Winter & Holiday Collection character palettes for Ermac
• A Christmas Krampus Tower (Dec. 23-30) – Holiday Hero & Winter Wonderman character palettes for Takeda
• ‘Twas the Night Tower (Dec. 25-30) – Angel on High & Holidazzle character palettes for Cyrax
• Final Present Tower (Dec. 26-30) – Eat, Drink and Be Lethal & Bah, Humbug character palettes for Sektor

Additionally, players can purchase new holiday character skins for Frost (Kameo Fighter) and Sareena (Kameo Fighter), as well as the previously released Santa’s Helper Reptile, Krampus General Shao, and Mrs. Klause Kitana.

Already got all the skins, both the older ones (Reptile's is obviously my favorite) and the new Kameo ones, also already finished all the Towers and got their skins too. Waiting for the Cyrax skin Tower to come later today.
