Another similar problem, character turn out black even after opening it in photoshop and saving it, here are my files if someone has the time to check it, I'm trying to make Sonya with her MK vs. DC Universe costume, so far skeletalmesh looks good(except for the mouth), texture bad overall.
For anyone who wants to try to help, the file replaces Sonya's default costume and is for v1.05

An update if anyone is interested in helping, this is what the edit looks like now, couldn't fix the eyes and the mouth, if anyone got any tips, let me know.

Try to change around black & white colors on the Alpha channel of _Diff texture in the eyes area. It probably should work.

Thanks for the tip, tried it but unfortunately the eyes became all cyan instead of all white, tried playing around with the Pmsk file too but still no result.
