EDIT: Alien has another secret version of it's Konjurer Variation Brutality. When Alien faces Cassie, do the Konjurer Variation Brutality and hold Right on your controller/keyboard while the Brutality is done, just like you need to hold Left on Raiden to get Raiden's hat. The video says you need to hold Forward but after testing it I can confirm it is Right, not Forward.

A new secret Brutality for Jax has been discovered. When you are in Heavy Weapons Variation, finish the opponent with Machine Gun (B, F + 3) and hold Forward while the move is done. There is also an alternate version of it when you do the Up Machine Gun (D, B + 3) while the opponent is in the air and you hold forwards while the move is done. It should be noted that you have to hit all of the 3 hits that the move does, or else the Brutality won't be triggered.

A new secret Brutality for Ferra/Torr has been discovered. When you are in the Vicious Variation, do the Boss Toss special move (B, F + 4) and hold 1 while the move is done. There was actually a petition from fans to get this Brutality, I'm not joking. Well they got what they wanted.

A new secret Brutality for Bo' Rai Cho has been discovered. When you are in either the Dragon Breath or Drunken Master Variations, finish the opponent with the Bump & Dump EX move (B, F + 4 +BL). This can't work in the Bartitsu Variation because that move is replaced with the EX version of the Flaying Kick.

EDIT: Speaking of this Brutality, it turns out that Bo' Rai Cho doesn't even need to land the B, F + 4 Special 3 times in the match. You can do it on whiff or it can even be blocked. As long as you that move 3 times during the match, you will still get this Brutality in any version and for any Variation regardless if it hits, whiffs or being blocked, and it also true for the EX version of it as seen above and also it's Fart version (the one you need to hold Block the moment the Brutality starts for making Bo' Rai Cho fart at the end).

EDIT: I just found a nice easter egg with Ermac. Every time he does a Brutality, he always saying "We are many, you are but one". But when he does a Brutality on Ferra/Torr, he says "We are many, you are but two" (even it it's Ferra/Torr in the Lackey Variation). Also, when he does a Brutality on either Triborg or Ermac in a mirror match, he says "That was inevitable".

So Ermac basically changes his line depending on how many entities he faces in match.

Kung Jin has a new secret Brutality. Go to the Bojutsu Variation, finish the opponent with Low Bo Swing (B, D + 3) and hold back during the final hit. I've found out that if for some reason the second hit of the Low Bo Swing misses, it will not trigger the Brutality even if the opponent is standing because only the second hit can trigger the Brutality. So if the first hit pushes the opponent to far for the second hit to land, you'll not get the Brutality, so keep that in mind.

Shinnok can now steal Cyber Sub-Zero's Uppercut Brutality. Pick Shinnok in Imposter Variation against Cyber Sub-Zero, steal his Ice Ball with the Mimicry (D, B + 1), frezze CSZ with the Ice Ball (also D, B + 1), and finish him with an uppercut.

A few Brutalities have changed in there requirements:

1) Reptile's Heart Attack Brutality now no longer needs 3 uses of Tongue Slap (B+ 1) for the Brutality to work, now you just need to finish the opponent with Tongue Slap and you don't need to use it at all in the match if you don't want to. The requirements are listed like it hasn't been changed, but apparently it was changed yet NRS forgot to update the requirement notes.

2) Erron Black's Marksman Variation Brutality has been changed. Previously you needed to to finish the opponent with Swing Shot (D, B + 2) while having at least 2 full bars of meter (you couldn't have use the EX version of Swing Shot, but just the regular version), now you can finish the opponent with Swing Shot regardless of your meter.

3) Johnny Cage's Fisticuffs Brutality has changed, you needed to finish the opponent with the 1,2,1 string while the opponent is blocking, now the opponent doesn't have to block for you to trigger the Brutality.

4) Cage's A-List Brutality has also been changed, previously you needed to finish the opponent with Rising Kick (D, B + 4) while holding down and you needed to have less then 5 % health. Now you just need to finish the opponent with Rising Kick and that's it.

I've found a funny easter egg with Erron Black's X-Ray. When he does his X-Ray on another Erron Black in a mirror match, the bullet which the opponents name is written on, says "me", because Erron does it on himself, in a way.

Cassie Cage's Nut Cracker Brutality (Hollywood Variation) requirements have been changed. Now you need to land the Nut Cracker (B, D + 3) only once during the battle (down from 4 times) and then land it one more time as the final hit. That is true for both the normal version (regular Nut Cracker) and secret version (EX Nut Cracker) of this Brutality.

Cassie's first universal Brutatility's requirements ("Right between the Eyes") have also been changed. Now you can finish the oppnent with the gun shot (B, F + 1), without worring about the life bar having 50% or more in the final round. Must be done from jump distance.

Cassie's Half Day Brutality's requirements (Spec Ops Variation) also have been changed. Now you need to land one American Way on the opponent (down from 5 times) and finish the opponent with Target Paint (D, D + 1 + BK).

I've just discovered something by pure accident. There is a Secret Fight against Jax in his Carl Weathers skin in the Predator Premier Tower which is live right now. In order to get that fight against Jax you need to reach the 4th match in the Tower (where you fight as Hunter Predator) and get one Flawless Victory and then finish the match with either a Fatality or a Brutality. Aside from the fact that this match is a tough one (and that I'm also not that good with Predator), because this is a character-specific Premier Tower, you can't pause the fight and then restart the 4th match of the Tower, which means that you only get one shot at that fight and if you don't get it or lose to Jax you have to start all over again, and you also can't change Variations for Predator, which means you're stuck with the Hunter Variation, so I hope for your sake that you are good with Hunter Predator. It took me like 8 tries to beat Jax, and yes I restarted the tower every single time for it because there is no other choice.

Here is the video from my channel with me beating Jax as Predator.

I've found out another Brutality change in MKX. Mileena's Roll Brutality used to require 5 uses of the Roll before using it again for the final hit. Now you need to hit the opponent only 3 times with the Roll and then use hit the opponent for a 4th tim as the final hit to get the Brutality. You can use the EX version of the Roll for the final hit but then you need to make sure that only the 2nd hit of the EX Roll will hit the opponent or else the Brutality won't be triggered. The details for this Brutality will still list that you need 5 Rolls before the final hit but after checking it out I can confirm that you need only 3 Rolls before the final hit.

EDIT: I found a similar Brutality change for Liu Kang as well. In the Dualist Variation, you needed at first to do the listed Brutality for that Variation by hitting the opponent 5 times with the Solar Flare (B, F + 1) and finish the opponent with for a 6th time as the final hit. Now you need to hit the opponent with it only 3 times before finishing the opponent with that move for 4th time. Like the Mileena Brutality, the details haven't been updated but after checking it out myself I can confirm that the requirements have indeed been changed.

EDIT #2: Liu Kang has got another change to one of his Brutalities, or more of a correction. Liu Kang's secret Low Fireball Brutality can be done from at least mid-close screen distance from the opponent and not full-screen like we thought at first, I've found it by coinsidence in the game. Keep in mind you can do this in any Variation, and in the Flame Fist one, you can do it with either the Flame Fist ability on (D, D +1) or not.

Here is something you need to know about Cassie Cage's Spec Ops Brutality. Just like in the rules for the Hidden Brutality for that Variation with the American Way (I edited them on page 1) you don't actually need to hit the opponent with the American Way before going for the Target Paint EX move (D, D + 1 + Block), you can do it on whiff and block as well, as long as you hear the trumpet cry, you are good to go. Of course you need to finish the opponent with the Target Paint from a jump distance (activation spot only, as long as you performed the move from a jump distance the opponent can move anyware on the ground and as long as his feet tough the ground and he/she doesn't block you will get the Brutality).

Roy thanks for your input but have you found a complete guide with all the brutalities up to date? Because they are so many and too complicated...

I haven't found a guide which is accurate enough. I've talked to Gambid about the Brutalities listed here and he said that entire list of secrets will be listed properlly in the future.

BTW thanks for the feedback.

Another Brutality requirements change, this time for D'Vorah in the Swarm Queen Variation. At first you needed to stun the opponent with Wasp Grenade (D, F +1) and then finish the opponent while he/she is still stunned with Infestation EX move (D B + 1 + Block) from a jump distance. Now you no longer need to stun the opponent, just finish the opponent with the Infestation special from a jump distance.

EDIT: Also about D'Vorah in the Venomous Variation, the details for this Brutality saying that you need to hit the opponent with all 6 hits of Bug Spray (D, F + 1 + Block), but aside from that the move actually has 10 hits, you don't need to actually hit the opponent with all of the hits as long as he/she doesn't block the move. As long as the opponent doesn't block, you will get automatically 6 hits and the Brutality will be triggered, but if the opponent does block, you would only get like 3 hits and then you won't get the Brutality. Also worth mentioning, when you do the Bug Spray move, the game says that it deals 16% damage if you get all 10 hits but it actually more like 15%.

EDIT 2#: Now the game says it does only 10% while it actually does 9%.

More Brutality changes:

Goro (Kuatan Warrior): At first you needed to do 5 forward dashes during the match and then go for the Chest Lurge special (B, F +2) or it's EX version while you had more then 50% health. Now you only need to do the 5 forward dashes and finish the opponent with either version of the Chest Lurge regardless of how much health you have.

Goro (All Variations): For the Stomp Brutality, at first you needed to do the EX version of the Stomp special while the opponent is blocking, but now you can do it even if the opponent doesn't block the move.

Kano (Cutthroat): At first you needed to survive 5 seconds without getting hit and then finish the opponent with Bloody Slice EX move (D, B + 1 + Block). Now you just need it finish the opponent with that move and you don't need to survive any amount of time without getting hit (this one has actually been changed a long time ago, I've just now seen that the requirements have been changed).

Jacqui Briggs (Shotgun): At first you needed to finish the opponent the Low Blow special (D, B + 2) or it's EX Version from a sweep distance after you used 3 intractables during the match. Now you need to use just one.

Jacqui Briggs (Full Auto): At first you needed to hit 3 Up Rockets (D, B +2) and finish the opponent with Hand Canon (D, F + 2, Block), now you only need to finish the opponent with Hand Canon and you don't need to use any number of Up Rockets.

Kung Lao (Tempest): At first you needed to do the Cyclone EX move (D, B + 1+ Block) while having less then 40 seconds remaining at the final round. Now you can do it any time you wish but you do need to do it while you have 50% health or more remaining.

Kenshi (Universal #1): At first you needed to finish both rounds with a throw, now you need to just finish the final round with a throw will holding Down.

Kenshi (Universal #2): At first you needed to survive 5 seconds without getting hit and then finish the match with the 2,2,4 string. Now you just need to finish the match with the string without the need to survive any amount of time without getting hit.

Mileena (Ethereal): At first you needed to do 10 Fade Aways (F, B + 2) and then finish the match with the B + 2, 2, Throw string. Now you need to do only 5 Fade Aways.

Scorpion (Universal): For the Spear Brutality, you needed to do the enhanced Double Spear (B, F + 1 + Block, Block) while having 50% health or more. Now you can do it regardless of how much health you have.

Liu Kang (Universal): For the Air Fireball Brutality, you needed to do the Brutality after you've used 3 intractables in the match, now you just need to finish the match with an Air Fireball.

Sonya (Universal): At first you needed to finish the match with a 5 hit combo which ends with Leg Grab (B, F + 4) or it's EX version while having 50% health or more. Now you can do it regardless of how much health you have.

Raiden (Thunder God): At first you needed to do a 30% damage combo before finishing the match with the B + 1,1,2,2 string. Now you only need a 25% damage combo.

Takeda (Shirai Ryu): At first you needed to finish the match with the Shirai Ryu Phase (D, B + 3, + Block) while having over 50% health. Now you can do it regardless of how much health you have.

Kotal Kahn (Universal): For the Sunstone Brutality, at first you needed to 5 Sunstones (D, F + 3), and then finish the match with the Sunstone from a jump distance as the final hit. Now you just need to finish the match with Sunstone from Jump Distance. The same is true the War God Variation but with the Sword Toss (same input, D, F + 3)

Kotal Kahn (Blood God): At first you needed to finish summon all 3 totems into the match and then summon the Crystal Totem (D, B + 1) while there 30 seconds or less left on the clock for the final round and then finish the opponent with an uppercut. Now you can do the Brutality regardless of how much time you have on the clock.

Even more Brutality changes:

Erron Black (Gunslinger): At first you needed to do 10 back dashes, be in sweep distance, be in Stand Off stance (D, B + 1), and press 4. Now you need to do only 5 back dashes.

Jason Voorhees (Universal): At first you needed to win both rounds without losing a round, and then finish the match with the EX Clothesline/Shoulder Tackle move (B, F + 3 + Block) for both Universal mode and Slasher Variations respectively. Now you just need to finish the match with that EX move.

Jason Voorhees (Unstoppable): Not a big of a change, but now you can only do the Unstoppable Brutality with the regular Back Breaker (D, B, F + 1) and not the EX version.

Kung Jin (Universal #1): At first you needed to survive 7 seconds without getting hit during the final round before being in sweep distance and then finishing the match with an Arrow (D, B + 2). Now you can do the Brutality without waiting any amount of time.

Kung Jin (Universal #3): At first You needed to finish the match with a throw after you used 3 intractables during the match. Now you need to use only 1.

Sub-Zero (Universal): At first you needed to freeze the opponent while having 40 seconds or less on the clock and then finish the match with the EX Ice Ball (D, F + 2 + Block) from full screen, and now you don't need to have any specific amount of time on the clock.

Ferra/Torr (Universal): Not a change but more of a clarification, you can do the shoulder run Brutality with the B, F + 3 special whatever the first hit of the move hits the opponent or not (That isn't true for the Lackey Variation as Torr doesn't have Ferra with him then).

Ferra/Torr (Lackey): At first you needed to finish the match with the B, 3, 2+4 string while having 35% health or less remaining. Now you can do it regardless of how much health you have.

Ermac (Mystic): At first you needed to finish the match with the Tele-Hold EX move (D, B + 1 + Block) while having 40% health or more. Now you can do it regardless of how much health you health.

Ermac (Spectral): The inputs for the Soul Ascension special (the flight move) have been changed from, D, D, U to D, U + Block. If you wanna do it from the ground you need to press D, then Block and then quickly press U right after the Block, at the air it's a lot easier. This of course affects the Spectral Variation Brutality whatever you wanna do it in the air or ground before going for the B, F + 2 special (the opponent must be on the ground).

Liu Kang (Dragon's Fire): At first you needed to get the first hit in the match and finish the match by meter-burning the Bicycle Kick (regular or EX version), now you don't have to get the first hit in the match.

Shinnok (Universal): At first you needed to win the first round with a throw and then finish the match with a throw as well. Now you don't need to win the first round with a throw but instead you need to hold D while finishing the match with a throw.

Shinnok (Imposter): At first you needed to lose one round before finishing the match with Mimicry (D, B + 1) from a jump distance. Now you don't have to lose one round.

Shinnok (Bone Shaper): At first you needed to have one bar of meter before finishing the match with the F + 2, 2 + Grab string. Now you don't need to have any meter at all.

Tanya (Dragon Naginata): At first you needed to do the Staff stance (D + 2 while in the air) and finishing the match by pressing 4 from the stance. Now you also need to hold F while pressing 4 as well.

And then the final one, and the best for last:

Reptile (Bniversal): The Acid Spit Brutality has been changed yet again. Now you need to deal only 20% damage with Acid Spit (down from 25%) before finishing the match with Acid Spit again. That means you need to hit the Acid Spit 3 times as now Acid Spit deals 8% damage (up from 5%) before hitting the Acid Spit for a 4th time as the final hit. This is true for all versions of this Brutality (regular, Acid Bubble and Blood Bubble versions).

I've found something interesting with Ferra/Torr. When you do a Faction Kill with Ferra/Torr, Ferra would usually jump off Torr's back and point at the opponent. However, if you do it in the Lackey Variation, and you quickly do the Faction Kill before letting Ferra jump on your back so she can do the animation of jumping off Torr's back, You would see Torr in his animation of the Faction Kill but with Ferra still being on Torr's back, despite her voice being played as normal. So it's basically a different animation that depends on your timing. Just to let you know.
