Can someone make a video tutorial? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, also which file do you need to extract with the tool, I've tried them all and none seem to work. Help

In MKX is _MIC suffix
e.g.
_B1_Skin_MIC
_B1_Metal_MIC
_B1_Leather_MIC

Sorry, I'm feleing like a total noob here.

I can't get past 0.1

What is this "ïnput" folder?

I can't find a folder anywhere called input.

Create it if you don't find it, it must be in the same place as 1_export.bat

Ok so I have extracted file and a new one appears in decompress/unpacked then I put that file in the created input folder and hit export. A texture folder and a textures/MIPS folder are then generated but there are no files in either... Absolutely stumped.

So I've actually used this tutorial in every mod I made and I never said thank you. I apologize and instead would love to thank you deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeply for your great help! For without you no mods would happen!
And the tool creators of course.

Hi all!

I've made my first modded Klassic Kitana skin successfully based on the note of the first post. I opened the Char xxx file, and repainted Kitana's panties to white color (in only that xx file). I added it into the game, but during a match (moving and hitting etc), I was seeing texture faults on the panties (blue texture in white, and was being vibrating). What can be the problem?

Maybe you've missed some texture files on the "MIPS" folder, or maybe one of them didn't saved well..

cause that problem usually happened to me when some texture from the "MIPS" folder got saved incorrectly

just checked that you have every "MIPS" texture (they are usually 9 files) and that they look like the main (already edited) texture, and the Main texture well saved.. and inject the textures again, that shoud work :)

I don't understand! I've checked all of them. Ok. I'm descripting my steps! Check it please!

1. I unclocked CHAR_Kitana_M.xxx with decompressor
2. I Exported it to access TGA files
3. I opened 0x00ac3a0a_Kitana_M1_Diff.TGA only in PS.
4. I repainted all of blue color parts of clothes to yellow with Paint bucket tool!
5. CTRL+S
6. Opening this, I opened 9 files with same name from MIPS
7. My edited file is top (i saw that)
8. I ran the mmx9 script ony. (The last file (extra tiny) hadn't been saved automatically)
9. CTRL+S and exit PS
10. I changed the in inject.bms file (in the convienent line = string PKName = "CHAR_Kitana_M" then saved the file
11. I ran the inject file.... ran succesfully
12. With Costume Adder I added it into the game


Result: In the char chooser screen, Kitana boobs were in texture faults during her walking, and during the match I experienced texture problems.

I don't understand what sh*t problem. :( Help me. :(

PS: I use 2 tools from the first post of this topic... All of them are up to date?

The decompress.exe doesn't work for me
It launch a cmd window for 1 sec and it close

guys help do everything as written appears MIPS folder but there is no DIFF files
