Well that's unbelievably frustrating. If the memory locations for the wrapper have changed yet again, I think I'm out. It took me two afternoons to update the 1.06 version and I don't want to do this forever.

What I will do is upon the next wrapper release I'll externalize the memory locations. Then you guys are on your own finding them. It isn't hard with cheat engine, but it does take time.


Anyway, 3.2 is out, it's just an international patch... nothing to see here.

Chameleon's are bugged, I followed the instructions, but they both have Shang's moves and Khameleon isn't even visible, she's invisible!

They aren't bugged.

1. Khameleon is supposed to be invisible. We can't swap models remember? Or would you prefer a Khameleon that looks like Shang Tsung.

2. They are supposed to have shang tsung's moves. Try morphing. If morphing isn't working, perhaps follow along with the existing conversation above where we are discussing the fact that version 1.07 was released while I was working on a patch for 1.06

@HowardC
i manually hex edited the v1.07 .exe(current steam), per your v1.06 and its working 100%. no issues at all and imo by far the best mod to date for MKKE!

oh snap, I thought 1.06 was the final patch, so it's 1.07 dang, the struggle .... sorry now I understand the characters and things

Neither @HowardC or I use steam so we both relied on what everyone was asking for here. Everyone kept referring to the steam version as 1.06, but 1.07 was released in August of 2014, so no one here has 1.06 if they have the updated steam version.
This information would've been extremely useful months ago when everyone was asking for "Steam version " for every mod.

i guess the good thing is if it was made to work for v1.06, it will work for v1.07.

If the chameleon/shang tsung parts of the wrapper are working correctly, then I can make a new diff for 1.07... of course I need the exe (hint hint)

scratch that. its for update 1, not update 2 the current steam version. BUT i made it work with the newest update 2 .exe. thanks again HowardC, all is working on the current steam version now :)
how can I make it work with the latest steam version?

also another big question: can the bosses in this mod jump? like... in every other mod shao khan, goro, and kintaro cant jump. which is really annoying to me.

Damn it! i keep getting this stupid error...... ill send the installerr.txt
and no... i run a legit version of steam. i just named the folder "cracked steam" a long time ago.... >w<

That won't make the mod work. It'll make the extra costumes and skins work, which is nice, but the main attraction of the mod is a working chameleon that morphs into random retro ninjas and a shang tsung that can morph into people other than the opponent. The wrapper does that and it isn't going to work with 1.07 until I update it.

the .exe i posted is the v1.06 .exe. that .exe works with the random morphing and current steam files(not exactly the proper way of doing it because its the older .exe). but i do hope you update your wrapper for the v1.07 .exe to make it fully updated.
