You should check EBay. This is a pretty rare and old version, so EBay is your best chance.

Hello, I am also looking for the PC DOS CD Version of Mortal Kombat 1/Mortal Kombat II Compilation. I never saw a single ebay auction (at least in canada and USA) having the game for sale as of now

This isn't really what we are talking about here. Of course he can buy the new version, but many collectors and old school fans simply want the old versions.
