Sure ... It's the newest game in the ELDER SCROLLS franchise.
if you know a game called OBLIVION (which is the previous elder scrolls game) then no explanation is needed here. its the complete improvement of OBLIVION

the game is set in the ancient times where dragons and magic powers are reality.
The story of the game is SO POWERFUL that if i tell a little bit of the story ... it is considered a spoiler.
from the very start of the game .. you are given the ability to play it however you want .. you alter the story based on your decisions and actions in the game.

Steam is more of a First person shooter kind of company .. you probably confused Skyrim with Counter-Strike.
