My god her voice is annoying! Her x-ray is pretty good though. Glad she's free.

Who said that she is free. Someone mentioned that she might be free for a limited time on the XBox 360 because of Kratos, but I think that was a rumor.

It was confirmed that she was free for the 360 on screwattack.com through Sidescollers and Hard News.

One thi ng I noticed is when she is fighting in the coliseum her place being bound is empty

They probably don't have a model to use. When you play as Kitana, Tanya would be used in her place. But what will you do when both, Skarlet and Kitana are fighting. I guess this is the reason.
