There's an actual model mod for MK11!?

Due to MK1 T-1000 hype, I went browsing for mods to make MK11 Arnold into T-1000, and chanced upon this video "MK11 Altered Outfits ShowCase". I thought it would be the usual texture swaps with Special K, but this is actually modded models! Or at least some sort of model swaps.

In the video, the models actually have both textures and model changes. Eg: Cassie has the Harley Quinn outfit but with the pony tail hairstyle, Jade in the Halloween Witch, but with human colored skin, etc. There's a whole list of the differences in the video description.

Does anyone know how they modded this?
