Mortal Kombat 1 (2023) T-1000 & Madam Bo Kombat Kast & Details

Netherrealm Studios just released the 13th Kombat Kast which centers around T-1000, the 6th and final DLC character from Mortal Kombat 1 (2023) Kombat Pack 2 and the recently announced new Kameo fighter Madam Bo. You can watch the Kombat Kast below:

Here is what the developer has to say about the two fighters:

Featuring the voice and likeness of actor Robert Patrick, the liquid metal-based cybernetic assassin from the Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) film utilizes a deadly moveset allowing the advanced prototype to shapeshift and organically form stabbing weapons. The T-1000 will join the Mortal Kombat 1 roster on March 18 as part of the early access period for Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion owners, followed by wide availability for purchase on March 25.

The video also shows off a glimpse of Madam Bo, a new downloadable content Kameo Fighter who can assist during matches with a range of support moves. The Madam Bo Kameo Fighter will be available as a content update for all Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns owners at no additional cost or via standalone purchase on March 18.

The Kombat Kast itself reveals a lot of details about the two new fighters, including moves and gameplay specifics. In addition it was also announced that a good amount of character will be seeing changes and additions to their moves, including Baraka, Mileena, Kenshi, Sub-Zero, General Shao, Tanya, Tremor (Kameo) and Stryker (Kameo).

Invasions Season 11 will be a repeat of the Season of the Cryomancer. The season first appeared as Season 3, when Invasions was a far cry from its current state in terms of encounter variety and overall gameplay maturity. So here we also expect that this season will feel very much like a new one. The developer is also promising new rewards to be added, including season themed skins for some of the DLC characters.

T-1000 and Madam Bo arrive for all Khaos Reigns owners on March 18th, 2025. The characters will be available for a separate purchase for everyone else starting March 18th, 2025 for Madam Bo and March 25th, 2025 for the T-1000.

T-1000 and Madam Bo both looking excellent in terms of utility, combined that with additional moves and even character-specific mechanics that the whole roster receives, there's a lot to discover in this new update. MK1 was already a phenomenal game both in every way, including gameplay and single player content, and it just keeps getting better and better. One of the best Mortal Kombat games ever made, hands down.
