Anyway, slave, weak or zombie reincarnated as you say Baraka remains my favorite character from Mortal Kombat.

Not really, as far as we seen not every character who died in MK 2011 will come back in MKX, and they never will probably. Just look at Jade for one.

The first Mortal Kombat game I would ever play was the UMK 3 java game which consists of seven playable characters with each of their two speacial moves.I discovered that Liu Kang's speacial move along with Kitana were unique in the sense that they were able to do their speacial move as a jump attack while in the air, moreover,out of all the character's speacial move,I found Kang's fire fascinating,compounding to it was when I discovered that he was the main hero of the 1995 movie.What also make Kang my favourite character is because my best colour is 'Red' which is a dinstinctive feature of his appearance but my past favourite character was Scorpion because he was the first person I used to defeat Khan in the UMK 3 java game due to his teleportation and fast move and my belief that he is the most aggressive character in the java game was what made me admire him at first.Long live Mortal Kombat,long live Liu Kang.

Call me whatever you will, but my favorites from the start were Scorpion and Sub-Zero, because their special moves made them incredibly effective against anyone who would try to test your patience. Draw them in with your spear and uppercut them, or freeze their ass to make the same point. And if you knew how way back when, you could either barbecue them at the end of the fight or rip their head off - talk about sending a message!
