Okay, I think I got it now. The original config file was from a different Cyber Smoke file, so here's what I did to add the one to also get his MK3 costume working. I uninstalled it from the DLC Manager to get the config and picture files from ToInstall to the Zip and I think it should get both versions now. So here's a new link for it: https://www.mediafire.com/file/j4vu75hy ... 9.zip/file

And this should add both versions of Cyber Smoke with both his costumes this time.
