When I put the files in the game files to have the skins like the Kold War Skarlet the halloween skins for Jade and the rest disappear from my game and when I make sure that I no longer skins like skarlet , those of halloween are new available in game (sorry for my english i hope u understand)

I could solve it, open "cream_api.ini" then copy and paste all this:

1116620 = Nightwolf (Mortal Kombat 11 Nightwolf)
1116621 = Klassic Arcade Fighter Pack (Mortal Kombat 11 Klassic Arcade Fighter Pack)
1116622 = War Games Sonya Blade
1160240 = Terminator T-800 (Mortal Kombat 11 Terminator T-800)
1160241 = Double Feature Skin Pack (Mortal Kombat 11 Double Feature Skin Pack)
1160242 = Cassie Quinn
1160243 = Masquerade Skin Pack (Mortal Kombat 11 Masquerade Skin Pack)

Under:

"1102090 = Shang Tsung Movie Skins"

Now you can have all the exclusive skins and DLCs

Time-jumped ahead right up until November 6th 1500GMT. Hourly time jumps between them. If your gear/skin list mirrors mine, (which it should be since we all sync to the same unlocker database), there's nothing worth of value between now and that time. All old, repeating, stale towers.

Baraka's "High Plains Hunter" is out for folks on the top 5% of Race Against Time. After the reset 12 minutes ago, another skin previously not obtainable is the prize for this week's top 5%, Cassie's "Light-Years Ahead".

New Kombat League Season as well. With the well-leaked Season of Sorcery's Quan Chi-themed skins.

And with the Race Against Time reset, it's time for the time jumps sneak peeks again, right until 11 Nov. 1459GMT.

Season 5 of the Kombat League began and the skins that are unlocked at the end do not appear to preview, I thought it was because of the archives to have the exclusive skins but no, does anyone have the same problem?

Play a single KL match and it should appear in Kustomization. Otherwise it's the same case as 2 seasons ago where they lock it until end of season.

Thank you @Hukpo for the most recent unlocker update. KL Season 5 skins and gears, as well as a pleasant surprise of a few skins and gears thought to be not unlockable.

Hello friends. I sincerely appreciate all the effort in making this mod. What I would like to ask is, how can I unlock previous Kombat League season skins ? Particularly red/white and black/white scorpion skins ?

Personaly i don't know because i have premium edition but i think it unlockes the caracters to.

Hmm... I see. I was thinking of buying the Standard Edition because I already have the Premium Edition on PS4, hence why I have asked. Thanks for the quick reply!

If it's possible, it would be great to put skins from the BETA as for the "woodswoman" Jade skin for exemple
