MK11 PC May Patches Release Notes, 60fps Fatalities & Blows

Post by Gambid »

May has been a very busy month for Mortal Kombat 11 PC developer QLOC as the game has already received three patches during the first 20 days of the month. It is amazing to see such a vibrant support for the game from its developer as this was one of the major problems with the PC version of Mortal Kombat X.

In addition, in the latest patch notes the develop reveals that the team is currently working on the much requested feature to lift the 30 FPS cap during Fatalities, Fatal Blows and other moves. The feature is already available through modding, so its implementation should not present a huge problem.

Here are the complete patch notes of all three may patches:

[5/17/19] May Patch Notes 3
  • Fixed a major source of desyncs that would occur in Group Battles
  • Fixed a crash in Group Battles that could occur sometimes when pausing and activating modifiers
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent calling another player for help in a Tag Battle/Group Battle while using the keyboard
  • NVIDIA Highlights and NVIDIA Ansel are now available to all players with compatible NVIDIA GPUs. NVIDIA Highlights automatically captures key moments, ensuring that your best gaming moments are automatically saved. Additionally, on the topic of having the certain parts of the game run with a framerate cap of 30 FPS, we hear you. We’re currently working on providing the option to increase the caps in those areas to 60 FPS. We’ll have more details soon, stay tuned!
