[SKIN] UMK3 Reptile VS Screen Update

I wanted to change my recent UMK3 VS screen skin for Reptile to be more like OmegaMathauS's other UMK3 ninja skins. The main problem was the lines on his hood and the texturing on his chest.

The credit for all the texture work goes to Omega. I honestly do very little with this

This skin is really cool! i love it! the only downsides are:
Tongue goes through mask
Nimble variation's snake is on the back

other than that this skin is amazing!
