Yes I checked it. I see only black and white lines. What changes do I have to make in the diff's alpha channel. The norm's alpha channel is all white.

If the lines are dark in the Alpha Channel try to lighten them up to white. Post a screenshot of the channel if you want, so maybe I can tell you how to change it.

Hi all!

I've made my first modded Klassic Kitana skin successfully based on the note of the first post. I opened the Char xxx file, and repainted Kitana's panties to white color (in only that xx file). I added it into the game, but during a match (moving and hitting etc), I was seeing texture faults on the panties (blue texture in white, and was being vibrating). What can be the problem?

Soory but for me the tool doesn't work
When I launch 1.export.bat its create a output and a texture folder (normal) but in the texture folder I've got a MIPS foder with nothing in
So I've got the folder but I 've nothing in the folder so I can't edit anything

inject doesnt keep transparency... it recompiles to DDS apparently not saving transparency and making it black. Anywhere in the script this can be specified to keep the alpha?

gostaria de saber como faço depois de editar texture no photoshop salvei no formato dds e depois como faço para converter para personagem a textura nova mande um tutorial explicando como fazer sim e fico aguardando a resposta
