Original Coalesced.ENG file?

Hello, so I was trying to change my language on the game to english because I wanted to have the custom skins name, and I was watching some tutorials and one of them said to rename the coalesced.eng files and etc, I did it, but it didnt worked, ok, then I saw another video and it was by the steam language tab, but I needed to un-rename the coalesced.eng file, and when I was going to do it, it added another coalesced.eng file and it had the coalesced.por (.eng but renamed), coalesced.por111 (the coalesced i was using but i renamed so it would only go to the .eng) and the coalesced.eng, and it was such a mess and I did something wrong that everything was only bug_me and then i downloaded another coalesced.eng but it was from mortal kombat 11 and I didnt knew because the thread didnt said it was from mortal kombat 11, so now my game wont enter, can someone give me the original coalesced.eng file? also if possible, the coalesced.por file too because its also glitched now i guess
