Sound modding in MKX

Is it possible to replace/change/swap/modificate sound effects in MKX?

That annoying "TADA-DA-DA-DA"

fatality sound enrages me, i'd like replace it with MK2 for example

Same thing with announcer voice
and background arena music
and different sound effects

It is not impossible, we need to figure out the encryption which no one seems to care to do.
