What am I doing wrong?

Hi everybody!!!

I want to make a .xxx file from the Jade Klassic Kitana textures. Allways when Im done and I want to try it out, it doesn't work and my game crashes. This is how Im doing it.

1. I uncompress the CHAR_Kitana_M.xxx file.
2. I drag the file in the Input folder.
3. I start the export.
4. Now I have the texture folder and I delete all textures in there.
5. I paste the new textures in.
6. I edit the Script file with CHAR_Kitana_M
7. I start the injection
8. Then I have the CHAR_Kitana_M.xxx file in the output folder
9. I start the game and then I minimize it to replace the files. (Steam Cheksum)
10. Then I want to try out the skin but my game keeps crashing.

So what am I doing wrong here? It would be very nice if someone could help me.

You do it right. It is my fault.
I had old 1st patch version of CHAR_Kitana_M.xxx.
Offsets of textures in package have changed since patching.
So you need to change name of textures with correct offsets:
0x00adbf22_Kitana_M1_Diff.tga

Anyway, thanks to Big Boss you may don't bother about injecting textures.

First of all thank you and how is it with the nude Mileena Kahnum costume? What is the right offset here? Where can I find it?

When you export textures from your package, names of textures contains correct offset.
So you may rename my textures or edit original in graphics editor with copy-paste and save.

Sorry if this is a little offtopic, but do you change "CHAR_KITANA_M" to "CHAR_name_letter"?
