A chance to fix the positions for the fatalities and x-rays?

If possible only. The char positions aren't dynamic for the camera mod, so, is there a chance to change the poses to fix? Like on goro's limb rip, when it's done on characters such as Reptile, Reptile's position don't change, but why it suddenly the changes of position, when it's done on the girls? I wonder if it's possible via swapping some files without affecting their voices, movesets and etc....

Change the DISM files.

When you swap a character also swap a file called DISM in the same folder
