The title says it , idk if it's possible or not , but it would be a great invention imo.
I use the camera mod and it would be interesting to freeze the time during a fatality to inspect a lot of things.

Can you pause the game during the game? I mean the pause mode without any menu blocking the game screen.

Use the 60 FPS mod and make it 0 FPS instead
