Help with move swap please

Hi I would like to give Jason's pursuit the ability to slow down opponents like Reptile's basilisk. I would also like to replace Unstoppable Jason's punishment move with Killing Machine to make him truly unstoppable. Can anybody please explain how to do this?

What does color picker do? And does costume adder tool add a costume to the game for a character?

The colour picker lets you change elements of the costume... like the colour of the P2 costumes and the costume adder lets you add new costumes to kombatnts without replacing an existing one.
