How to install Replacer version of skin?

You install NCM by downloading the NCM tools in the forum.
You install replacer you just copy and paste.

Thethiny I installed MK1 Goro skin, but during x-ray his bones doesnt shown for me, just a black hole, is this normal phenomenon?
