'Neo' (The Matrix) for Kenshi

To me, this is one of the most obvious mods skins for the game. Even more so, given that WB produce both the game and film in question! Yet, Netherregion Stupidos seemingly never thought of this... neither for 'X', nor 'XL'... not even '9'! Instead, they littered the game with countless turd attire, of which half are better suited to the recycle bin than bouncing around on-screen.

Thus, we arrive at my request: A NEO / 'THE ONE' SKIN FOR KENSHI.

Is it possible? Or is texture modding limited to whatever the characters have been lumbered with by default ― i.e., re-colours..?
