I opened Coalesced.ini.bac in notepad once so when I'm renaming it it doesn't ask that.. What to do ? Thanks for all your help tho

I can't help you. There's no reason whatsoever to have opened that file in notepad. You can't even read it in notepad as it's encrypted. Just download the unlocker again & use the one from there.

You have to extract the files from the archive. Then you can rename the file. There is no reason to open it in notepad or any other program for that matter.

Even after extracting its still in notepad.. This is just disgusting I had something and I opened it in notepad and now I cant change it back... zzzz fml

You have to enable file name extensions in Windows before you can see the .bac and remove it.

Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't understand what he was saying by "Even after extracting its still in notepad" that to me means that he has opened the file in notepad.

So the modded file is coalesced.ini and the backup one is coalesced.ini.bac so when i remove the .bac it says that "coalesced.ini alrdy exists" so i do add the .bac to the other one or something?

you can delete the modded file or move it to another folder before you change the extension of the bac file.

The online play on pc is stuck on looking for opponent tho, could it have anything to do with this? I played online yesterday just fine. Any advice?
