This is based on the Primary Scorpion Skin.So,this was originally supossed to be a Spec Ops Scorpion skin,but I couldn't make it accurate enought.

CHANGES:
-Changed the colors

The NCM letters are:
-S:Shira Ryu Skin

This mod is an NCM exclusive,but if you can`t get the DLC Manager working,or you have the Steam version,follow this tutorial (I recommend putting it on the A skin).
