Can't install mods on Steam?

Hello,

I'm new on this website and i was wondering is it normal that my Steam is blocking me installing mods?

yes, you need a new bink(something).dll and one other file to allow mods on steam. (unless you load them in after you have already launched the game, but then you have to do it every time you start the game.)
