controller buttons works fine but messed up on screen

hey I had the same problem and this helped me, comes with instructions I hope it works for you man!

I have a generic controller and also luckily an Xbox 360 controller for pc, and with this I've managed to play and use both controllers

yeah I get your problem, that emulator fixed it for me, so I find it a little weird that didn't worked :/
Now that, the emulator didn't worked for you I don't have idea on how to fix it.. sorry man

I even have the same problem on Batman Arkham Knight which I couldn't fix yet

so again, sorry man, I'll keep checkin, maybe somewhere there's another solution to the same problem
