Hey guys, I am new here and I like to feature gameplays of this great game with my favourite mods created by you guys, but since the latest patch, I have found that the game won't even launch with new mods installed and I have to use the originals to get the game to work.
Is there anything I can do?
Cheers

What's the error?
Re: PC Mods not working in Mortal Kombat X on Steam
It always asks for the game cache to be verified in steam, which I have done unsuccessfully unfortunately, but the dual shock button mod DID work.

that's because the game check all the files before starting, well.. except for the buttons files I guess..
the thing you gotta do it's, start the game, then minimize it, and then you put the mods.. of course always remember to back up the original files cause you will have to restore the original files everytime you start the game.. it's a pain in the butt I know, but that's the only way for the steam users.. for now, maybe later or in the future the guys at netherrealm might take out the verify thing.. hopefully
so, short version:
-start the game
-minimize it
-install the mods
-at the end (after shutting down the game) restore original files
-repeat everytime you start the game
