After decompressinng, putting that file in the input folder, and running the export bat there are no files are in the texture folder. Is this a error or am I doing something wrong?

I have a problem:when the camera goes far from the character,the textures don`t show.

You need to edit the mipmaps

hi guys i see some of you are able to create the right kind of alpha in diffuse texture, when i try to change that alphas the game crash. can you guys make a quick tute how to make it??

Is there a way to decompress 3D models and edit them? With this tool I was able to extract all textures but still no model.

uModel extracts models but you can't import them back into the game. Take a look at XNALara.
