I know mesh-modding effectively gives NPC's X-rays, but that method swaps their entire move-set. Is it possible to give an NPC an existing X-ray attack [only]...?
I've file-swapped the NPC's into my game (e.g., Sindel for Kitana's last costume), and whichever variation of Kitana I choose with the Sindel file / costume, she inherits some moves from from Kitana (e.g., Royal var. gets Kitana's air butt dash and cyclone specials). As such, given [some] special attacks are interchangeable, would it be possible to give an NPC and X-ray also -- say, through combination of hex edits and file swaps...?

I see. I just thought, because the X-rays seem to have a dedicated .xxx file to them, we could manipulate them to enable the attack for NPC's...
