I tried meshwapping him to reptile but the game crash on me..

You'd need to use the Package Appendor-Repacker to change the line 'DLC' to 'CHAR'. I have a tutorial on how to do all of that here: http://www.mksecrets.net/forums/eng/vie ... 93&t=45356
