Anyone who can help me enforce a 30fps mod for Injustice? I have a friend who has an Intel Graphics Laptop and can't handle games like Injustice and mk9. There's a tutorial for MK9 how to do it, but none for Injustice.

The Coalesced editor everybody posted doesn't seem to work either.

Use RIVA TUNER -- you can set whatever frame rates you like. However, many game engines are tied to frame rate, so it may result in commensurately slowed gameplay.

Are there those who often play in cs 1.6? I would recommend you download cs 1.6.
