Okay, here are two attempts to create a playable Two-Face for Injustice. The first is a Joker reskin, based on an ensemble Two-Face wore in the Batman TAS episode "Two-Face Part 2" (but it can be found under Bane), and the second is based on a moment from the Batman: The Dark Knight comic, where Harvey was injected with Venom and demanded to be called "One-Face" (found under Grundy).
