This thread is about XNALara models for Injustice. I checked every character pack for the correct textures, they use all the same as ingame. So you can easily overwrite the textures with your own and view it in XNALara. I recommend you to download XNALara XPS, because a few of them are NOT working in regular XNALara. This models are not made by me, I just collected them! The content of the character packs are untouched, I just renamed zip/rar/7z filenames to match the correct character name! If you are looking for model authors, informations sometimes are stored in the file itself (Readme or similiar)!
Also I don't know if I can upload all models here on the forum because of the filesizes, so I will upload them on a external site.Quote: Quote: Photoshop TemplatesDiffuse templates with pre-cutted areas for faster re-skinning. There is an XNALara Import/Export tool for 3ds Max. So if you imported the model with the ActorX plugin you can put on the textures to the model and export it with the XNALara tool. The created .ascii file can be converted to .mesh format with a .exe tool which is stored on some of the character packs above. Can also upload it in a few days.
The problem is I'm getting fragments on the model if I import it, it doesn't look proper. At next I don't know how to blend over the damage textures. If I can figure this out, I will post a tutorial.

What do you mean fragments? As in it has missing body parts?

It looks mostly like that, it's nothing missing but looking weird on some parts. It appears also if I render it on high quality, so that's happening on importing the .psk file with the ActorX Importer I think.

@vajrasniper: You can only modify the textures of the characters, not the 3d mesh at all. Here's a tutorial by heymanjack describing how to extract, edit and inject the textures back to the character file.
