main costume smoke with hood wip.

Hi guys
is my desire to make a custom replacer skin for the main costume of smoke... (those hairs are ridicouloys for me.)

this is what i will try to do

1 - remove the hairs from the model making them not visible.

2 - cover the bald head with a custom hood.. maibe take it from costume 2 texture.


can someone help me with some tips?

is a possible task to try? someone is interested to give me an hand with also the portrait edit?

someone know how to remove the hair? also a link is good...
i read somewhere about an alpha channel...
if someone help i will make the mod and i will post it here on the forum

mmm ok i founded the aplpha channel, by myself, modified and, some hairs are disappear but i have anyway other hairs to remove..

someone know, what exctly i must do on which files?
i edited all the "hair" file.. but something is still there.
