I've seen a few requests for Modding tools so here you go :)

HowardC & Team Tools
Sound MOD Tools
Used to create VO sounds for your MODS You will need BOTH tools for it to work.

Blood Color Tools
Used to change character blood color

BloodColor Extractor 0.1 beta PC {BY digitaloverdose}
This is the tool used to extract the Blood Clor Srting from any CHAR or NPC file it is NOT Fully tested But so far has worked for every character I've Tried it on.

Want to make a portrait "_ui" file? This tool will make it easier. Extract it to the same folder as the Generic Renamer 2.2, run the .bat file and follow the on-screen instructions.

So heres the MKScriptBinary Extractor 0.2 beta PC {By digitaloverdose} it will work on char.xxx and char\npc.MKScriptBinary as for the npc.xxx,it will not work on LK4D2.xxx and dummy.xxx due to the 2 mkscripts inside

Let me know if there are more npc's with multiple scripts
or anything else is wrong with it Via PM

MKScriptBinary Extractor 0.2 beta PC will extract all tables,stringblock,tweakvars,the _player_data,bloodcolor and holescale.

Holescale is used to determine how far into the Skeleton you will see when an Xray attack is performed. U can use any # from 0 - 10. Play around with it so u can see it's effects :)

This is a QuickBMS script so you will need to grab QuickBMS from the link posted above.

Modified Coalesced.ini with any extra lines from the DLC Manager will affect Multiplayer?
Asking that because since i installed the Boss 2.0 + Hidden chars i get lot of game has desynchronized even if we choose normal chars (which wasn't happening before)

more than likely that has to do with the fact that the multiplayer aspect of the game was designed for a specific amount of characters. You should start a new thread with your issue to see if anyone can help you {This isn't the thread for that}

I am trying to extract the bloodcolor from Char_Sonya.xxx with the blood color extractor quickbms file, but it just says 0 files found. What am I doing wrong? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I did so far:

Decompress Char_Sonya.xxx

Copy decompressed version to BloodColor folder

Run quickbms as Administrator (on Windows 10)

Select BloodColor Extractor 0.1 beta pc.bms

Select Char_Sonya.xxx

Select output folder Output

- 0 files found in 0 seconds
Coverage file 0 100% 19669308 19664504

I also tried running the mkScriptBinary extractor 0.2 beta pc.bms, still the same problem. There's nothing in the output folder I choose.
