Hey all! I've been blowing up the forums lately, and I'm learning a lot about modding this game! Before I release my first DLC, I'd like to learn about how this Chameleon mod was made:
Clearly Chameleon is calling on moves and animations used by many characters. I believe I can do something equally as cool by mixing and matching OTHER characters to create totally new DLC characters! If anyone has ANY information on how to achieve this, please let me know! Thanks!

There's also this modification to what looks like Sub Zero's moves to make him much faster by the same modder:
