How do I change accessories?

Hello Gamers, I have a couple of questions; Is it possible to remove or put accessories: masks, caps, gears, etc using the xxx files of the same character without modifying the mesh? In other words can I remove or add elements in a simple way without using 3d software?

For example; I want to take CHAR_Sonya_B.xxx as the base and remove the sunglasses as the CHAR_Sonya file

I have seen incredible works modifying 3D mesh https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPlDwoygFB4 but 4 some reason I haven't seen these editions on "MKKE no steam", do I need to have the Steam version to add characters with modified meshes?

P.S. I apologize, English is not my mother tongue, I hope someone understands what is the point here.

It's only possible with mesh mod.
You don't need a specific version to use mods,
Just pay attention in the version of the mod and your game version.

If the author don't put version in description you can try observe the files.
Normaly .xxx is for 1.05
And .diff is for 1.05, 1.06 and 1.07
