Obnoxious White Glow

So I was trying to do a joke mod. I followed the custom mesh tutorial and I used Kitana as a base(though Stryker probably would have made more sense).
I added the edited "Kitana_Diff" and... WHITE GLOW.
So then I added an edited "Kitana_Spec" and WHITE GLOW
Then I looked around on here and tried adding an edited "Kitana_Pmsk" file.
WHITE.GLOW.

How do I remove the white glow?
