(Krypt Monster Screamer) I Need Some Help With The Audio

Hello everyone. I have an idea for a mod and it's to remove the Krypt Monster screamer. I've found the location of the Krypt Monster scream audio file.

Asset\SND_ENV_Krypt

There are like 70 sound files. I found the exact files I was looking for, so I was able to edit it in Audacity and mute them. (There are two files, by the way)

My issue now is that I don't know how to replace the scream properly. I don't know if I should get all of the sound files and convert them back to the original .xxx, or if it's possible to just add the muted screams in the original .xxx file. I've tried my first idea, but I got ALLOT of errors. I don't know how to do my other idea.

I'll have the screamer muted files down below in case somebody more competent is able to properly add it to the game. The Google Drive link below has the two files both in wav and mp3 format. Thank you all for any help you can give me.
