REQ: Gameplay Mod to be able to Perform Fatalities on bosses

Hi: I was wondering if it were possible to mod the gameplay as where fatalities and babilities would be possible to perform on the bosses and secret characters. Another great feature if possible, would be a 2 vs 1 or vice versa setup to really test the skill of a player.
