REQ: hydro form mk legacy

it would be grate if hydro can be created as a separate character he could look like cyrax but blue have intro and autro like rain and also some moves from hima and grab and lighting bolt from raiden. why moves from raiden? well in mk legacy he could generate electricity from his hands. and finaly if all this could be done maybe retro mk3 costume could be added for him.
