REQ: Options Menu In game

I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to add the options menu (or at least just the audio and controls) to appear while your playing the game. It is especially annoying when your playing a ladder match and I need to turn down the in game sound while I'm talking to a friend on Team Speak or Raid Call, the only way of doing that currently is to leave the match entirely.
