Conflicting DLC skins, letters must be converted to another

Hello to all, I have been downloading DLC skins lately, and I successfully installed most of them, expect for a few ones.. Its because some mods share the same letters, so i cant install both of them, they conflict, i could only install one of them.. But i would like to install the ones that were left out... I dont know how to convert skins to other letters, so I need someone to convert these skins to any other letter.. I would really appreciate if someone helped me...

Those are the DLC skin mods i couldnt install because of confliction :

DLC MK4 Reptile - conflicts with DLC Pyscho Retro Ninja Pack (W letter)

DLC Reptile Crotalus - conflicts with DLC Reptile Skeletal (S letter)

I also have bunch of other DLC skins installed so, they should be converted to another letter other than these which are already booked

convert the skins to :
for Reptile - any letters other than B, C, D, E, R, S, T, W
for Noob - any letter other than B, C, D, I, P
for Shang Tsung - any letter other than B, F, I

I would be really glad and grateful if someone fixes these skins for me
