Add new DLC shokan character ''Kiro'' from Draco lineage. (He is in normal roster for now, so beware of him  ) He has Goro fatality and Sheeva fatality. (some sounds missed but for now its ok, i will update this later) (Use DLC manager to proper install)

Looks cool. How about making him a DLC character, calling him Draco as if he is a new member of the Shokan race, and giving him his own biography? We could always welcome a fourth Shokan warrior into the MK world.

I liked the facial hair on him. Made him look much different than Goro and Kintaro. Maybe we could vote to have him get his facial hair back?

I agree, I preferred him with the facial hair, maybe make 2 versions, one with and one without, of you do make 2 skins, keep the spots, I like them.  _________________ -----------------------------------------------------------------------

The announcer file is easy enough. If u want to use this exact voice then u need to pick a name that can be created from the sounds of the names of different characters. Otherwise You can jusrt find a sound file {Google}that says the name u want then run that through your wav editor to adjust the sound and give it a bit of Bas and adjust the Pitch and tempo to get it as close as possible with this one

Also, he should be added to the sub-boss rotation in the ladder rather than showing up as a regular opponent.

Is it possible for you to upload a config and localization file so that Kiro is made compatible with the Ultimate Bosses Mod 2.0? I cannot get the DLC Manager to work.
